Company Description

Our client is one of the international well known FMCG brand with regional office in Hong Kong. Because of business needs, they are looking for Assistant Area Manager/ Area Manager/ Retail Manager to look after their retail operations. 

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate team to achieve sales targets and ensure efficiency
• Assist Area Manager/ Retail Manager to oversee daily shop operations and ensure compliance to company SOP, policies and guidelines
• Perform sales and inventory analysis, monitor safety stock level and effectiveness of auto replenishment
• Report sales performance and shop updates to management on a timely basis
• Generate sales data from CBR for District Managers for further analysis. 

Requirements

• Tertiary education, preferably in business discipline
• At least 4 years retail management experience
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and multi-tasking
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese, English
