Responsibility:
- Provide 1st tier support services to customers on using e-Procurement System (EPMS) and Document Management System (EIMS)
- Assist customers to troubleshoot their usage and technical enquiries by calls and emails promptly
- Work with back-end technical consultant for the system support
- Ensure proper tracking and follow up of all incidents
- Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor, including system testing, documentation, etc.
Requirements:
- High Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- 1 – 2 years working experience, fresh graduates are welcomed
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi tasks
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skill
- Willing to learn new knowledge in procurement and document management practice
- Immediate availability is an advantage
- Relevant experience in software support is an advantage
