Job Description
- Formulate and update operational policies and guidelines
- Check and review relevant AML reports of Branches
- Facilitate system enhancements to strengthen operational controls
- Conduct User Acceptance Test for system enhancements
- Handle Customer Service Hotline enquiries
- Secondary education with minimum 1 year banking experience
- Knowledge on banking system applications is an advantage
- Effective writing skills in English and Chinese
- Good knowledge in PC applications
