Job Description

Accountabilities

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction level to retain customers
  • Provide solutions and initiative to improve customer experience
  • Analyze sources of service failures, identify probable root causes and recommend solutions
  • Monitor and report current market trends, competition, share and development to management and other stakeholders
  • Assess and evaluate team members’ performance and set their development plans
  • Prepare and consolidate regular reports for management review
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned 

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years' working experience in customer services or call center
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Intimate knowledge of customer needs and ability to provide solutions
  • Excellent analytical skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Good telephone manner, mature and independent 
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
