Job Description:

• Provide premium customer service to attract and retain our valued VIPs through the provision of professional styling advise;
• To extend and integrate personal connection / social network into the company customer base;
• Provide latest information on trend, styling and even gifts recommendations;
• Providing insightful advice and support for other services such as in store events, online collections, returns and exchange. 

 Requirements:

• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-minded and result oriented; 
• Experience in service and hospitality industry, such as hotel, retail, property, airline, etc
• Reliable with strong sense of responsibility plus problem solving ability; 
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
