Responsibilities:

• Provide services including room reservations, ticketing issue and answer general questions in a professional manner with tactful customer service skills 
• Provide accurate information about promotional procedures, events and tournament.
• Promptly answer client enquiries through telephone calls.
• Ensure sales to existing customers is maximized and contribute positively to the company
• Responsible for administrative duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Helpful and friendly attitude with good interpersonal skills
• Experienced in customer services will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Punctual, responsible, work independent and pleasant in personality
