Description
Reporting into the CEO and based in Hong Kong, you will take a lead role in making key commercial decisions to significantly influence sales and profitability.  You will be responsible for planning and allocation for multi-category, multi-channel business.  Using historical data you will prepare, analyse and interpret, current sales, inventory and margin trends, to ensure correct in-season inventory to maximize margins.  You will proactively provide inventory risk, develop and implement strategies that maximize stock level performance.  In addition, you will build and maintain relationships and provide functional expertise as a partner to Senior Management, Buying, Purchasing, Store Operations, Logistics, and IT to achieve agreed upon financial targets.  You will also provide leadership, professional development, guidance and support to continually upgrade the performance of the Planning & Allocation team.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have demonstrable expertise in the fast fashion retail market in Europe.  We require a minimum of ten years in the Fashion industry, with five years in a similar role.  As a leader, you must have the ability to strategically develop markets and drive results, possessing all the pre-requisite communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. Fluency in German and English is essential.  Frequent travel is expected.
