Job Description

-       To be fully competent in the spa software system, able to make all types of treatment bookings and to generate daily and monthly reports

-       Conduct daily operation meetings to communicate daily events and revenue target updates

-       Work with Spa Trainer consistently to ensure and maintain professional product cost of sale, and provide on-the-job trainings for spa team

-       Ensure all areas are neat and presentable, well set to provide excellent service

-       Conduct regular checks on pool and fitness centre

-       Monitor and promote Spa Membership programs

-       Ensure high quality level of product and service which required by the hotel standards, and assure self and spa team are in full compliance with the published grooming standards at all times

Job Requirement

-       Tertiary education in related disciplines

-       More than 2 years’ of experience in spa industry, preferably in hotels

-       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-       Excellent command in both spoken and written English & Chinese

-       Strong leadership, training and problem-solving skills
