Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Build, manage and maintain customers’ relationship
Understand customers’ needs and identify new business opportunities among the existing customers
Collaborate with Operations and Solutions teams to key customers
Monitor and manage KPI performance reviews with customers regularly
Monitor and manage SOP reviews with customers regularly
Monitor and manage customers’ commercial performance
Work out the account plan and report to management team

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years solid experiences in contract logistic;
High Diploma or related disciplines
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Proactive, driven, self-motivated and resulted orientated
Good problem solver with positive attitude and team work approach at all time
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
Experienced in 3PL industry with international logistics provider will be an advantage
