Job Description

Reporting to the Channel Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing the business and deliver assigned top line by implementing channel strategy accordingly; responsible for minor supermarket chains and general trade management, new account development and event sales and extend channel distribution by targeting and opening new accounts with plan.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned accounts & responsible for assigned sales and profits
  • Targeting and opening new accounts in channels
  • Plan and execute distribution development with strategy
  • Obtain market intelligent and provide insight to identify channel sales opportunity
  • Establish customer relationship and act as a communication channel of company for good business partnership
  • Work well with sales team, trade marketing & sales support to ensure channel distribution growth.
  • Responsible for assigned projects and event sales.


Requirements:

  • University graduate.
  • At least five years general trade experience, experience in beverage is an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen with good presentation, negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Fast-paced, energetic, strong entrepreneurial spirit and self-disciplined.
  • Results oriented while work well with team.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power point.
