Job Descriptions

• Perform daily sales activities and partner up with team to achieve sales target
• Responsible for stock management, including stockroom maintenance, movement and replenishment
• Engage with customers to develop long-term relationships proactively
• Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company guidelines
• Act as a brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to customers
• .

• 打造良好客戶體驗，建立客戶忠誠度
• 激勵團隊工作，對自身品類的銷售業績及客戶服務質量負責；
• 了解銷售現狀及庫存情況，確保店鋪商品充足，最小化商品庫存損耗
• 時刻關註購物環境及品牌形象，確保顧客體驗的安全舒適
• 跟進品牌的店鋪市場活動並收集回饋
• 進行銷售及數據分析作出店舖生意匯報
• 通過個人貢獻，熱情態度及領導力，起到良好的模範及激勵作用
• 積極參與店鋪各項活動，提供解決性方案及建議

Requirement

• Minimum 2 years experiences in sales and service in the retail industries;
• Good communication skills, willing to share, good at guiding and motivating others;
• Positive team spirit, willing to be a role model for others;
• Quick learning ability, willingness to work and planning for career future
• English communication skills are preferred.

• 最少2年零售及服務行業銷售及服務經驗；
• 良好的溝通能力，樂於分享，善於引導和激勵他人；
• 積極的團隊合作精神，願意成為他人榜樣；
• 快速學習能力，有職業發展意願和規劃能力，吃苦耐勞；
