Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Providing quality customer services to both local and overseas clients
- Handling shipment tracing and customer complaints, as well as resolving customer enquiries and problems
- Giving advises to customers through phone channel and email
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent)
- More than 1 year customer service experience, preferably in logistic industry
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Effective interpersonal, communications, problem solving and telephone handling skills
Fresh graduates with Associate Degree / Advance Diploma will also be considered
