Job Description
Our client is a leading trading company. In cope with their business expansion, they are urgently looking for high calibre candidates to join their company.
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER / CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up customers inquiries and orders
- Communicate and liaise with various departments for order processing
- Responsible for order processing and invoice preparation
- Provide administrative support to the customer service department
- Maintain and update database
- Assist in ad hoc projects as required
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- At least 2 years or above working experience
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Detail-minded, hard-working, independent and self-motivated
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese,
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
