This is a business development role with both sales and Customer Service exposure.   We shall provide on job training on product, sales skills, customer service skill and updates on regulatory requirements.

Role Description:

• Perform Service-to-sales and client retention to MPF members from the assigned portfolio to achieve customer satisfaction
• Actively build and maintain solid client relationship with target individual MPF members through site visit, client meetings, seminars...etc.
• Conduct cross-selling with existing MPF members
• Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure a smooth client on-boarding process and positive client experience
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required

Requirements:

• University graduate or equivalent in any discipline
• Knowledge in MPF or pension products is an advantage
• 2-3 years’ experience in banking or financial industries, preferably in sales/ customer service environment
• Passed MPF Intermediaries Examination and / or with SFC Licensed Representative qualification are a plus
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proactive, able to work independently and a good team player
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Suitable candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Member Relations Consultant
