Our client is a world’s premier company specializing in Express Services is now seeking for a high caliber to join their team as Customer Service Executive / Operation Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide customer service and account maintenance for customer via phone and emails
- Manage daily order processing, follow up order shipments with different parties
- Coordinate with colleague in different counties fro shipment tracing
- Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, Day shift duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher Diploma or above
- 2 year or above in customer service or logistic operation experience
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
