Job Description
Our client is a global luxury fine jewellery designer brand looking for high-calibre candidate to join them as VIP Client Services & Sales Executive to support their showroom operations and client servicing.
Responsibilities
- Provides support to the Sales and Marketing function in delivering high quality client service to customer base including VIPs
- Responsible for managing the processes associated with showroom operations, client relationship building and sales order management
- Coordinate client events, invites and event operations
- Maintain the highest standard of excellence in client service by attending to client enquiries and requests
- Prompt and appropriate action taken to address client feedback or complaints
- Provide support to the showroom operations, follow up on sales order, answer calls from clients and provide guidance
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- A good team player with drive for success and achievement
- Experiences in VIP and client servicing from luxury retail and wholesale operations
- Experiences running showroom operations and from jewellery sector is a plus
- Strong interest in luxury sector
- Presentable with proven customer service, communications, sales and planning skills
