Our client is a global luxury fine jewellery designer brand looking for high-calibre candidate to join them as VIP Client Services & Sales Executive to support their showroom operations and client servicing.

Responsibilities​ 

• Provides support to the Sales and Marketing function in delivering high quality client service to customer base including VIPs
• Responsible for managing the processes associated with showroom operations, client relationship building and sales order management
• Coordinate client events, invites and event operations
• Maintain the highest standard of excellence in client service by attending to client enquiries and requests
• Prompt and appropriate action taken to address client feedback or complaints
• Provide support to the showroom operations, follow up on sales order, answer calls from clients and provide guidance

Requirements​ 

• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• A good team player with drive for success and achievement
• Experiences in VIP and client servicing from luxury retail and wholesale operations
• Experiences running showroom operations and from jewellery sector is a plus
• Strong interest in luxury sector
• Presentable with proven customer service, communications, sales and planning skills
