Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop business performance with the assigned Key Accounts
• Develop and propose new solutions which answer customer needs, on both technical and commercial side
• Participate to RFI/RFP/RFQ under RAM supervision
• Set and follow up SOP, freight audit platform, traffic flow, communication with customers and overseas counterparts
• Produce/Check and present KPI Reports and relevant documents
• Handle customer’s ad hoc enquiries
• Coordinate with APAC entity KAM
• Interact with customer to understand their supply chain requirements
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for new solutions/ service with RAM
• Handle presentations and MBR/QBR/ABR in relation with RAM
• Provide Implement services, update SOP and Assist in implementation & Improvement

Requirements:

• Must be Degree holder or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in both air & sea freight services, Logistics is a plus
• Proven experience in Vertical market Fashion/Retail is a must, Passion is a plus
• Knowledge on Omni-channel
• Familiar with international markets and at least APAC
• Operational knowledge and customer driven
• Problem solving and continuous operation improvement mind oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse cultures
• Dynamic, accountable and mature.
• Excellent command both English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Strong organizational skills (prioritize, plan, multi-task, assign, follow and control)
• Excellent analytical, planning and numeric skills
• Available to travel upon request
• Sensitive to CSR, Ethics and QHSE
