Job Description
The Job
- Communicate with customers about invoices, reports, certificates, etc. of the projects
- Provide administrative document checking and project process support
(including report typing process, certification process, invoicing process)
- Update project status to system (e.g. Synetls)
- Handle Multiple Listing and Co-license project (e.g. GS Co-license)
- Prepare monthly report of customer’s business movement and feedback on Intertek’s service
- Join meeting with Account Executive and customers
The Person
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in any disciplines
- At least 2 years’ customer services working experience
- Good command in English, knowledge in Mandarin an advantage
- Self-initiated and be a good team player
- Immediate availability is preferred
