Position Summary:

To provide sales and service support to Direct Sales Team related duties for the Hong Kong office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.  Provide full-range travel and consultancy services to inbound and walk-in customers.

2. Promote travel products and services to target direct customers by telephone coverage.
3. Present customers with recommendations and advise them on travel accessibility concerns.
4. Carry out any marketing initiatives for direct sales.
5. Handle customer enquiries, reservations, onboard arrangements and any other aftersales services.

Financial Responsibilities

To meet the monthly sales target assigned.

Qualifications:

List the minimum level of education and experience required to perform the work at the entry level of the job.

• 1-2 years experience in travel industry, front-line sales or customer services is preferred
• Customer oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Shift duty is needed
• Proficient in PC operation and Office software
