Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities, prepare business development plan and carry out systematic prospecting, preferably with own customer’s profile
• Prepare & deliver professional presentations, proposal, marketing materials and monitoring sales lead and responses
• Responsible for driving in market growth, ensuring operational excellence and developing infrastructure project pipeline for new business opportunities and achieve company revenue growth
• Develop & maintain relationship with existing & potential customers
• Provide leadership, direction in business development and coordinating in developing various functional departments in developing new logistics business
• Design and implement a strategic business plan for achieving revenue growth in line with the regional & corporate objectives

Requirements:  

• Degree holder preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and related discipline
• 4 years relevant experience in freight forwarding
• Solid experience in air inbound and outbound
• Strong interpersonal skills and capabilities in networking
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
• For those who has less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager
