Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the company’s top-line and bottom-line objectives in the capacity of sales function
  • Lead the sales team to execute at the best result of designated tasks
  • Take part in setting annual budget to achieve company’s business objectives
  • Work with Marketing team to formulate A&M plan to deliver sales and profit targets
  • Negotiate with key accounts on trading terms agreements and other major trade support agreements
  • Direct, guide, and coach all team members to work towards company’s goal
  • Ensure sales operations being implemented as per company’s policy
  • Plan and formulate sales promotion programs for Revlon Cosmetic and Beauty Care products
  • Prepare and present sales promotion proposals to retail customers for confirmation
  • Coordinate with different parties involved in promotion program implementations
  • Administer daily sales operation procedures
  • Collect sell-thru data and competitive market information from retail customers
  • Prepare business performance report to Management
  • Update monthly sales/goods return/distribution forecast
  • Maintain and update a tracking record of sell-in and sell-thru report
  • Identify potential business opportunities in product or distribution extension

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business or related disciplines
  • At least 7 years sales experience in MNC organization at significant consumer products roles, in which having 3 years or above people management experience
  • Experience in FMCG industry, preferably with both experience in mass beauty and personal care categories
  • A track record of driving company sales
  • Having established a good network / relationship with retailers
  • Strong leadership, people engagement/influencing, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Fast paced, a good team-player, able to work under tight timeline
  • Excellent spoken and written English/Chinese (Mandarin), Cantonese is a must
