Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints by telephone and e-mail
- Liaise with overseas branches
- Provide customer services to clients in China, Hong Kong and Macau
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Completion of Form 6 and DSE
- Fluent in spoken Putonghua and Cantonese, preferably English also
- Proficient in PC applications including MS Word & Excel, Chinese Word Processing
- Customer-oriented
- Patient, pleasant, responsible, positive working attitude
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri 10:00-19:00 or 12:00-21:00 on two shifts; Sat 10:00-17:00; Five-day work week.
