Major Responsibilities:

• Existing and new accounts management for engineering and broadcasting TV stations projects
• To be responsible for promoting connectors and fiber applications, applying product on HD broadcasting
• Provide monthly account plan progress and key actions
• Set & meet target through analyzing & planning programs on existing and potential business
• Plan, organize & implement programs to develop our distributorships in local & China
• Working closely with marketing team to ensure commitments to customers and the revenue margins
• Visits customer actively, develop strong relationship with key segment customers
• Solid experience in holding fair and exhibition

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with major in broadcasting related application is preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in connector industry especially broadcasting application is highly preferred
• Exceptional business negotiation skills
• Outstanding, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated strategic orientation and tactical business sense, and a track record of building new businesses within highly competitive and fast-paced markets
• Must be bottom-line driven, strong passion, pragmatic, aggressive, objective and detailed in ensuring thorough implementation, with the capacity to work within a changing business environment under pressure
• Excellent command of written and spoken in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) & English
• Familiar with MS Office, presentation software application and Chinese Typing is required
• Willing to travel or work in China for long period of time
