Job Duties:

• Responsible for customer accounts set-up, sales orders and payment processing;
• Handle in-/out-bound calls in relation to order delivery status, inquiries about promotions and events;
• Provide professional customer service and promote relationship building with customers;
• Complaints & product return management;
• Work with internal departments (e.g. IT, Accounts, Marketing, Logistics) to seek possible solutions for customers and ensure issues are promptly resolved;
• Prepare regular reports in relation to order management, delivery, and inventory management
• Participate in special events and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or above, with 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in direct marketing, retail industry or call center;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and complaints handling experience;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Proficient in computer software applications including MS Word and Excel
• Able to work under pressure, possess customer-oriented and positive mindset;
• Self-motivated, attention to details, team player, independent and fast learner;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
