Our client is one of leading luxury brands in Hong Kong, we are looking for qualified candidates. They are now hiring qualified candidates as customer service officer/operation support.
Responsibility
- Provide customer services and recommendations to customers
- Assist and coordinate with Sales team
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Handle inquiries raised by customers
- Assist customer events
Requirement
- Diploma holder or above
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Good communication skills
Working Location: Hung Hom/Kowloon Bay/Chai Wan
