We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a keen interest in sales and marketing to help our clients find the best workspaces for their flexible office needs. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, quick learner, target-driven and comfortable with multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads for clients with short-term workspace needs e.g. meeting rooms, desks and virtual offices
• Act as our customer service representative to handle all customer inquiries, including calls, email and online live chat
• Provide timely follow-up to ensure prompt response and resolution of client inquiries
• Assist with managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (Facebook & Google AdWords)
• Create and curate content for our blog, newsletter and social media channels
• Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, billingual fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese required
• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Previous experience with blog-writing and digital marketing highly preferred
• Energetic and outgoing personality
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive personalities are highly valued
