Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Hospitality Studies
• 1-3 years relevant working experience in guest services
• Background from hospitality or airlines will be a great advantage
• Initiative, detail-minded, cheerful with proactive working attitude
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Fresh graduates in Hospitality, Travel or Tourism will also be considered

Responsibilities

• Provide one-stop comprehensive and quality guest services support
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve requests and complaints
• Maintain the booking schedules of hotel rooms, transportation and facilities
