Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurate data entry into system
• Check accuracy of data input
• Provide clerical support & generate reports
• Ad hoc duties as requested

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Fast & accurate Chinese & English typing skills
• Basic PC software application like MS Word, Excel
• Responsible, detail-minded with careful work attitude
• Knowledge of trade and shipping documents is advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• 2 years relevant working experience (Less experience will be considered as Operations Assistant)

Shuttle Bus will be provided:

Route 1.   Tai Wai > Nam Cheong > Kennedy Town > Cyberport 2
Route 2.   Lam Tin > Quarry Bay > Cyberport 2
Route 3.   Cyberport 2 > Kennedy Town >  Nam Cheong > Tai Wai
