Job Description
Accountabilities – Key Result Areas
- Handle day-to-day logistics operations and workflows include but not limited to goods receiving, order handling, shipping, delivery, and inventory control to keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels and delivery schedule
- Follow up entire order and delivery cycle, and SOP processes and system administrations
- Provide regular and clear communications relating to stock levels and delivery dates with Merchandising team and escalate whenever necessary to resolve merchandise and vendor related disputes
- Review bills and invoices to settle with Finance team
Experience / Qualification Requirements
- Diploma / Degree holder in Business / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- With relevant logistics and supply chain management experience
- Experience in SAP is preferable
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight schedules
- High communication skills to be able to interact with different level of the organization
- Good command of both written & spoken Chinese and Mandarin.
