Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling and monitoring shipment status, import procedures and documentations
• Coordinate and liaise with 3PLs and internal departments for stock ordering, distribution and delivery
• Cooperate with storekeepers to ensure the inventory operation at store level is under proper standard
• Evaluate and monitor 3PLs’ performance KPIs to ensure their services in line with the company’s standard
• Review logistics workflow and provide recommendations on improving efficiency, accuracy and cost saving continuously
• Prepare reports and data analyses for management review
• Assist in Logistics system development and implementation
• Assist in warehouse setup and procedures developments
• Perform month end inventory closing and documents control
• Participate in annual stock take project and assist in other ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Statistics/ Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in retail distribution and supply chain management
• With experience in Fashion/FMCG industry or management experience from local retail distribution centre will be an advantage
• Knowledge or practical experience in E-Commerce as an asset
• Familiar with WMS and ERP systems is preferred
• Self-motivated, positive and a good team player
• Well organized, with strong analytical mind and numerical sense
