Job Description
Accountabilities
- Communicate with airlines/ co-loaders for daily space arrangement
- Ensure proper cargo buildup and space and weight are fully utilized
- Arrange and monitor shipments sent out by first available flight
- Verify manifest with actual received shipment
- Handle all export documents that are required by airlines
- Communicate with internal departments on all operations enquires
- Assist ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Secondary level or above
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience with freight forwarder or airline
- Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Good communication skills
- Mature, Reliable and attention to details
- Knowledge of MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
