A luxury retail group is seeking for an Assistant Stock Manager to join the supply chain team in Hong Kong.

• Stock replenishment and process improvement
  
• Hands on in reporting

Responsibility

• Oversee company's warehouse operation and work with local and China team on stock transfer and distribution to shops.
• Drive continuous improvement in stock management and procedures with objective to drive team efficiency.
• Lead small team to manage stock issues including replenishment, initial quality check, consolidation and distribution.
• Perform analysis on sales and inventory reports.
• Negotiate cost and trading terms with customers.
• In charge of stock take to assure accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in logistics or supply chain.
• At least 5 years solid experience in warehouse and stock management.
• Exposure in China is a plus.
• Strong in problem solving and good at initiating ideas.
• Energetic, good in management and communication skills.
• Good fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Occasional travel to China (once a month).
