Responsibility 

• Arrange inbound / outbound (mainly China) / domestics shipments, prepare related documentations and manage packaging of supplies
• Fully responsible on small parcel delivery logistics, sample requisition, manage cycle count, and annual stock take
• Handle goods declaration, e.g., Tradelink
• Deal with warehouse and transportation parties to assure smooth shipping & warehouse operation
• Request for quotation with freight forwarder and handle cost related enquiries arising from internal / external customers
• Update shipment status & maintain the order/invoice database
• Prepare shipment/ inventory reports and correspondence
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirement

• Diploma holder in Logistic Management or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience in I/E shipping, warehouse operations function
• Strong logistics background with proven order track records, solid experience in handling full sets of Import & Export shipping documents, Tradelink & China custom declaration
• Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and sense of responsibilities
• Can work under pressure to cope with tight shipment schedule
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
• Proficiency in computer applications, Excel & Chinese word processing, knowledge of SAP B1 is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered
• Immediate available is preferred
