Job Description

Job Natures

· Handle full set of I/E documents

· Responsible for customs declaration and general shipping duties including shipment schedule updates, payment and shipment related docs follow-up

· Coordinate closely with oversea suppliers, shipping lines, warehouses and clients for timely delivery and shipment arrangement

· Report on the cost efficiency, risk assessment and resources control of the operation to the Management

Requirements

· Diploma or above

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in shipping field

· Good command of English & Mandarin

· Proficiency in MS Excel & Word

· Knowledge of T/T, D/P, L/C and bank documentation

· Responsible, diligent and willing to learn

· Less experience will be considered as Supervisor role
