Job Responsibilities:

• Collect and retrieve of tender document from the Government, Hospital Authority and other public and private institutes
• Issue notification of potential tender to principal for tender and condition
• Record and filing of tender result
• Preparing of tender document according to principal approval evidence inspection
• Preparing samples according to tender requirement
• Observe confidentiality of information between principal on every aspect of the tender
• Arrange tender prompt submission before tender closing time

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Business Administration or Accounting
• With at least 2 years working experience in customer services or operations areas or sales
• Highest integrity and shown confidentiality
• Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, team player with good telephone skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedules
• Good command in both written & spoken English
• Good PC skills in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fresh graduates will be considered
