Job duties

• Lead and monitor logistics and warehouse team, in charge of  logistics, custom, warehousing, inventory control, packing so as to maintain quality and timely service support to company’s daily operations
• Manpower planning, layout management
• Monitor the inventory of replenishment of parts
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints including internal/external customers
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce for any improvements
• Liaise and negotiate with manufacturers/suppliers/carrier/forwarder service provider
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO/IATF16949/VDA requirements
• Other ad hoc tasks to support the business plan when necessary

Requirement

• Diploma or above in logistics Management/Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines
• 7 -10 years’ experience in logistics management
• Good Command of written & spoken Mandarin & English
• Working experience in Japanese company is an advantage
• Familiar with Chinese customs clearance operations, tax, troubleshooting import/export shipment/clearance activities is highly preferred
• Immediately available would be an advantage
