The Logistic Supervisor (FMCG) will be working closely with the Logistic Manager to achieve operational excellence

Responsibilities :

• Plan and supervise full spectrum of logistic operations including inventory control and transportation arrangements etc.
• Implement logistic management policy, inventory control system, standard operation procedure (SOP) and practice to seek efficiency and effectiveness
• Review operations regularly and recommend improvements and action plans
• Analyze data to monitor cost and performance through all benchmark reporting
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure a smooth working process
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements :

• Diploma or above, preferably in Logistics Management or other related disciplines
• A minimum 5 years' warehouse and fleet operations experience of which at least 2 years' experience in supervisory
• Self-motivated, strong in leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other PC applications
• Sense of ownership and commitment to task and time is a definite requirement
• Working Location : Kwai Chung
