Responsibilities:

* Implement strategies/ initiatives to manage international supply chain

* Lead and develop a team to identify and create opportunities for learning and development

* Work closely with the Headquarters to drive success, efficiency and revenue 

* To take operational lead ship and responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation to help achieve the Operation/ Customer

* To managing the workforce according to customer’s requirements from time to time

* To lead and facilitate process improvement projects with benefits in cost and efficiency

* To maintain and evolve operational performance measurement system

* To support the implementation of quality initiatives and operation excellence programs Other ad hoc project when required

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree holder

* At least 10+ years' experience in Operations with Logistics/ Supply Chain

* Proven leadership experience in managing teams, internal stakeholders and clients

* Self-driven, ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset who is always challenging the status quo and wants to fix it

* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution

* Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin

* Passionate about customer service
