RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the sorting of used clothes for bulk sales and family stores
• Schedule daily bulk sale transactions to achieve the bulk sales budget
• Maintain accurate stock in/ stock out records
• Ensure proper placement of stock in goods and utlize storage space efficiently
• Supervise and monitor the performance and discipline of all warehouse operations staff
• Monitor the usage and conditions of warehouse tools, e.g. cages, trolleys, scales, forklift, etc. and arrange repair and replenish if necessary
• Ensure the health and safety of warehouse and provide suggestion and improvement plan on warehouse safety
• Any other legitimate duties assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

• An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
• Degree educated with a minimum of 3 years of industrial engineering experience in field of Supply Chain /Warehouse Operations/Logistics Management
• Advanced knowledge of MS office and familiar with WMS/ERP system
• Familiar with Project management is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
• Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes and strong analytical skills
• Ability to drive successful partnerships with cross-functional leadership to execute strategic initiatives and develop strategic roadmaps
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills when confronted with difficult situations exhibiting ability to keep the team focused and motivated 
• Fresh Graduates are also welcomed
