Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for performing air operations role in preparing the shipping documents.
Your tasks
- Issue master and house airway bill in the system
- Prepare bulk load consolidation plan as per supervisors’ instruction and place booking with the corresponding airlines
- Verify the correctness of document provided by shipper
- Coordinate with Customer Services team for daily booking handover
- Coordinate with warehouse for bulk load consolidation plan handover
Your qualifications, experience & skills
- Secondary school graduated or above
- No clerical experience will also be considered
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word and Excel
- Work location: Chek Lap Kok (with Location Allowance)
