Job Description
Responsibilities
- Inventory planning management (ie. stock plan updating, order placement, stock replenishment)
- Operational coordination with 3PL (ie. full set import & export shipment handling)
- Repacking job coordination (ie. request stock transfer for repacking & monitor jobs schedule)
- Reporting for SCM on regular basis (ie.stock availability, claims, service level )
- General clerical duties (ie. invoice checking, filing…etc)
Requirement
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 3 year relevant working experience in FMCG industry is highly preferred
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Able to work independently & sense of responsibility
- Good command of both spoken & written in English & Chinese
- Proficiency in PC operations including MS Office & Chinese processing
- Immediate available is highly preferred
