Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of sea export shipping documents which including bill of lading and shipping order;

• Provide general clerical support and data-input to the team
• Liaise with overseas branches and agents for email enquiry and daily operational process

• Follow up the enquiry from clients and counterparties professionally;
• Responsible for LCL consolidations and FCL shipments;
• Assist the ad hoc assignment when required;

 Requirements:

• Holder of HKDSE / HKCEE or equivalent
• 2-3 years’ experience in freight forwarding industry
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
