The Assistant Warehouse Supervisor is to assist supervisors to provide effective and efficient logistics service to customers.

Your tasks:

• Monitor receipt, packaging and labeling of cargoes
• Monitor loading and unloading of cargoes
• Check the stock records
• Supervise warehouse staff to comply with all security, safety, logistics rules and company policies
• Work closely with other departments in processing warehouse daily enquiries and problems
• Arrange warehouse staff working schedule and jobs allocation
• Provide appropriate training to warehouse staff
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

• Form 5 level
• Minimum 5 years experience in third party logistics operations with 3 years in leading operations team in a sizable company
• Supervisory experience of warehouse staff is definitely an asset
• Independent, strong personal motivation and well disciplined
• Knowledge in quality management system such as ISO and IMS policy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate, good command of written & spoken of English and Mandarin
• Work Location: Tsing Yi
