Responsibilities: 

• Negotiate rates with ocean carriers and truckers
• Maintain effective communication & good relationships with carriers and overseas offices/agents to secure origin and destination charges
• Prepare pricing quotation to internal and external customers
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedure to Seafreight operation team

 Requirements:

• Holder of HKDSE / HKCEE or equivalent
• 2 years relevant experience in freight forwarding industry
• Knowledge or experience in transpacific & Latin America trade lanes operations or pricing structure will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer service oriented mindset
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
