The Business Analysis Manager is to control the workflow and ensure the payment is in order and efficient.

Your tasks:

• Responsible for the overall accounting and financial functions, develop and assemble effective teams of subordinates in various locations and manage their performance in order to help the function moving towards its missions/goals
• Responsible for day-to-day operations and all finance and accounting matters including financial / management reporting, financial / business planning and analysis, variances analysis, budgeting, receivables management, quotations review and all the functional related matters
• Implement and maintain a sound and effective system of financial controls. Enhance efficient financial policies and procedures in compliance with the statutory legal and tax requirements
• Assist to implement system enhancement projects, launching a new financial system whilst ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations. Be able to define / fulfill the management, financial and statutory reporting requirements
• Perform any special / ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned by the management

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

• Degree holder in Finance / Accounting / Business Management
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Accounting field
• Strong interpersonal skills and networking capabilities
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua and English
• Computer literate especially MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Possess core competences including business acumen, relationship building, analytical ability, project management and customer focus
• Work Location: Tsing Yi
