Responsibilities:

Working in close collaboration with Regional Supply Chain, Sourcing and Product Development and Quality Assurance, the responsibilities of this position include:

• Supplier On-Time Delivery Management: - Assist with supplier delivery performance evaluations & improvement and coaching
• Shipment Booking Management - follow up open PO / shipment booking
• Production Capacity Output – Monitor and validate supplier’s production output vs. PO & commitment
• Direct interaction with factories to conduct inventory audit when needed
• Shipment Management - Follow up space issue with freight forwarder and re-prioritize delivery through working with Regional Supply Chain.
• Manage key metric target and deliverables, reporting and supply chain data analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Management or equivalent
  
• 3 years experience in direct interaction with Asian factories; Manufacturing Assessment  and Order & Shipment Management
• Strong shipping knowledge in Direct Import deliveries / documentation is preferred
• Experience in planning or managing production schedules in a factory
• Excel and Powerpoint skills are a must
• SAP / ERP experience preferred
• Fluent English & Mandarin
• Detail oriented - Independent problem solver with self-initiative and able to work overtime to meet tight schedule
• Travelling to China and SEA is required e.g. Vietnam and India.
