Job Description :

• Support the superior to manage the daily Operation
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties in providing the best logistics solution
• Handle customer complaints, enquiries and instructions of all internal and external customers and recommend preventive action
• Monitor monthly reports, KPI's, cycle count, stock take activities and ensure established target is met
• Assist in the team development and work allocation among different brands and products
• Cascade team/function goals to ensure goals are well-defined and clearly communicated
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external supplier

Requirements;

• Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or related disciplines
• With 4-5 years of related experience in logistics and order processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in computer applications, e.g. MS office, Excel, World
