Responsibilities:

-        Handle incoming and outgoing shipments in most cost-efficient way

-        Process orders, update record in a timely manner

-        Responsible for data maintenance with accuracy check

-        Perform general administrative duties

-        Manage day-to-day relationships with the Company’s agents/partners and internal staff from representative offices

-        Assisting in any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Manager

-        Ability to perform multiple tasks under time pressure

Requirements:

-       Degree/diploma holder in Business/Logistics, or related disciplines

-       Proficient in MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

-       Excellent verbal and written communication skills – English, Cantonese and Mandarin

-       Good interpersonal skills and experience in working multicultural company environment is preferred

-       Self-motivated with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure

-       Logistics/Customer Service experience will be a plus
