Responsibilities:

• Managing and perform supervision a team of Logistic and Bills processing;
• Well-versed in Logistic operations for international trade including EU market;
• Familiar with Excel, business ERP system, trade & payment system;
• Provide timely and accurate reports as required and ad hoc projects;
• Monitor shipment consolidation and liaise sea/air shipments with forwarders;
• Liaise with internal and external parties for delivery issues and logistics administration;
• Handling inquiry of buyers for shipments and order tracking;
• Ability to evaluate service suppliers & their quotations.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in the business / logistics industry;
• Minimum 10 years’ or above of working experience in garment trading companies and I/E field;
• Solid experience in shipping procedure, regulation and L/C collection / document handling;
• Possess excellent analytical problems solving abilities planning & project management skills;
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Strong managerial or supervisory level;
• Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently;
• Well organized, positive and responsible;
• Willing to work overtime and under pressure;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Logistic Supervisor.
