Job Description:-

• Coordinate with various parties for timely crew change along with valid certificates;
• Monitor crew change cost. Check DA invoices from manning agency and assign codes;
• Assist in yearly manning budgets for owners and submit to Marine manager for review;
• Check Monthly SOA from manning agencies and arrange payment on time;
• Coordinate with manning agency on monthly crew certificates, contracts etc;
• Check and maintain monthly company records for crewing as per company forms;
• Authorize ships request for medical checkup and keep medical records updated along P&I cases;
• Handling day to day operations related to crewing and manning;
• Perform such other functions as may be prescribed by the Marine Manager and/or GM.

Requirements:-

• Form 5 or above with ship management or logistics industry experience will be advantage, fresh candidate can also considered;
• Good command of written & spoken English, knowledge of Mandarin will be advantage;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
